Greetings Susan and Frank , Happy new year to you all!! We pray you have had an enriching family and spiritual time during Christmas and new year.
Ours was certainly a blessed family time.

I thought I'd just write a short note to you and update you on Safron Walden. I cannot remember if I have already written to you with a brief report.

The mission is continuing at a slow and steady pace. This past Christmas we were able to put on a Christmas party for quite a large number of people from Safron Walden. Your cash donation went towards funding a Christmas party AND the purchasing of material needed to set up a chicken run. This was very much appreciated. You really blessed the folk in need here.

The idea with the chicken run is to set up an income generating project. So money will be raised and a profit will be realized and this will be used to fund other sections of the farm.

Please do write back and confirm that you have received this mail. Please also write and state what you will need from us in the way of information. We want to look after the friendship we have with you and do our part in being wise stewards of the help that comes our way.
